By purchasing a Luna & Bear digital download, you are agreeing the the below T&Cs

These are digital downloads, not physical products; refunds will not be given if purchased by mistake. (It is made clear in the titles and descriptions that these are not physical products)

Digital downloads are available instantly after payment. 

 Please read the specific description of each design before purchasing. Some details may differ, such as the size, and Luna & Bear does not refund designs purchased by mistake. The repeat also differs, some are half drop and some are standard repeat.

Some designs are non- exclusive (meaning an unlimited amount of people can purchase it) and others are exclusive colourways (meaning nobody else will use the specific colour that you purchase).

Some designs are fully exclusive for fabric for clothing, however Luna & Bear, as the owner of the copyright,  still reserves the right to use these designs for non clothing products.

All designs are sent as an RGB, 300dpi JPEG file unless stated otherwise. Files are downloadable upon payment. 

Surface designs are available for small businesses  for FABRIC FOR CLOTHING ONLY  (including hats and scarfs, dolls clothing and blankets ).

 If you are a larger business  then please contact in regards to an extended commercial license. 

If you wish to use the design for your business for a small run of  something other than clothing, please do enquire, if there are no plans to use the particular design for Luna & Bear goods, this may be possible.

You are allowed to use these for personal use (for example, if you think the design would make wonderful curtains and match your decor perfectly, or maybe it is just the pattern you have been looking for for a special outfit). If you are purchasing for personal use, please ensure that it isn’t uploaded and made public on any print on demand sites such as Spoonflower. Please feel free to contact me if you need any advice, I am happy to help.

You do not have the right to alter Luna & Bear designs in any way. This includes but is not limited to- altering the colours, adding text, changing or moving elements, extracting elements to use separately. 

Designs are owned by Luna & Bear, you do not have the right to resell, pass on, or upload the designs to any printing websites such as spoonflower. If you have an unused design and know of another company who would like it, you must surrender it to Luna & Bear and the interested company can re-buy it.

If you cease trading, the use of the design returns to Luna & Bear

Elements of designs are owned by Luna & Bear and may be re used on future designs.

If some exclusive colourways do not sell, after some time, they may be available as non exclusives instead. 

Not all fabric printers print the same. Please think about the limitations of your chosen printers before ordering a design and do get a sample printed before ordering a large amount of fabric. Luna & Bear is not responsible for how it prints.

Please do use a trusted printer with a good reputation. 

Last but not least after all the technical legal stuff, this is a request, not a must! Please do tag Luna & Bear in images of clothing made up on social media. It would be such a joy to see the designs out in the world! Thank you ✨
